Main Conference Packages - Friday 6th November

Below is brief summary highlighting the number of delegates included in your packages.  Please contact George Coombes with any queries.

Headline Sponsors: 4 x 24hr delegates.  Which includes attendance at the LawNet Conference, accommodation at the Celtic Manor Resort on a bed and breakfast basis on Friday 6th November, conference lunch, dinner, teas and coffees, conference app, attendance at the LawNet Awards, and evening entertainment.  

Platinum Sponsors: 3 x 24hr delegates.  Which includes attendance at the LawNet Conference, accommodation at the Celtic Manor Resort on a bed and breakfast basis on Friday 6th November, conference lunch, dinner, teas and coffees, conference app, attendance at the LawNet Awards, and evening entertainment.  

Gold/Silver/Bronze Sponsors: 2 x 24hr delegates.  Which includes attendance at the LawNet Conference, accommodation at the Celtic Manor Resort on a bed and breakfast basis on Friday 6th November, conference lunch, dinner, teas and coffees, conference app, attendance at the LawNet Awards, and evening entertainment.

Exhibition & Award Combo: 2 x 24hr delegates.   Which includes attendance at the LawNet Conference, accommodation at the Celtic Manor Resort on a bed and breakfast basis on Friday 6th November, conference lunch, dinner, teas and coffees, conference app, attendance at the LawNet Awards, and evening entertainment.


Exhibition Only: 2 x Day Delegates.   Which includes attendance at the LawNet Conference on Friday 6th November, conference lunch, dinner, teas and coffees, conference app. 

When registering, please only submit information for the number of delegates that are allocated against your sponsorship package as detailed above.

 

 

Pre Conference Additional Elements - Thursday 5th November

  • Thursday Night B&B - £180+VAT
    We are holding a number of bedrooms for Thursday 5th November. If you would like to book a bedroom for Thursday evening please indicate this on the registration form. Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
  • Pre-Conference Networking Supper - £50+VAT
    Join us on the evening of Thursday 5th November for a relaxed, meet and mingle supper ahead of the main event. If you wish to attend the Pre-Conference Supper, please indicate this on the registration form.
  • Invoices for these additional items will be issued at the end of October
Booking Terms & Conditions

Event Cancellation Policy: Unfortunately, on this occasion, no refunds are available for cancellation after receipt of your booking form. A substitute delegate may be sent. Please inform George Coombes of any changes – gcoombes@lawnet.co.uk

Conference App: We will be using an event app to help us deliver a more sustainable event. Delegates will all have individual photos and profiles on the app to facilitate networking. You will also be able to upload company information to the app via a portal. George will be sending the required links in due course.
