We seek and monitor feedback from our members and when we fall short of expectations, remedial action is taken.
We are committed to comply and continually improve the effectiveness of our systems to meet ISO 9001/2015 requirements.
Our quality objectives are referred to in our business plan and progress against these is assessed through Executive Meetings and Management Review. The Quality Policy shall be made available to interested parties through the Company Website.
