Booking Instructions: 

• If possible we recommend making one booking per firm. 
• You can book up to 6 delegates on the same booking. 
• The first delegate for each firm should be registered at the First Delegate rate. For all other delegates select the Additional Delegate rate.
• If you require more than 6 places, please submit a second booking using only the Additional Delegate rate.
• The Booking Contact will receive the booking confirmation and invoice with details about how to pay.
• Booking deadline is Friday 18th October.
