Lee Woodger

As Head of Community & Communications, Lee leads on developing member engagement strategies, managing communications, and driving the evolution of the LawNet Connect portal. Having held national membership, marketing and communications leadership roles across the agricultural, energy and built environment sectors which include a decade as Head of Membership at the NFU, with its 45,000-strong membership, he also has responsibilities for stakeholder communications, enhancing member experiences, and representing LawNet at internal and external forums.

Outside of work, Lee juggles life in a vibrant blended family with his daughter, son, and stepdaughter, alongside his wife. He's happy in the kitchen experimenting with new dishes, but happiest either trying to play or watching a variety of sports including passionately supporting both his son's junior football team and The Blues (Birmingham City FC).
