Conference 2011

All Together Now - Making the most of competitive change.

Approximately 200 delegates from across the network's member firms and select partners attended this year's conference at the exclusive Chesford Grange Hotel in Kenilworth on Friday 7th October 2011.

The day was chaired by Neil Rose of Legal Futures and as always we secured a number of high profile speakers and facilitators including Nick Jarrett-Kerr of Edge Consulting and George Bull from Baker Tilly, who focused on key industry topics.

This year these included strategies for mid-market law firms - avoiding the middle of nowhere, the structure of the profession following ABS, financing law firms in the post-ABS world and differentiating strategies in a changing legal marketplace.

For the first time during the event we took live polls of the delegates attitudes towards various key issues in the sector. The results highlighted the positive attitude of LawNet firms to the changes ahead and the opportunities they will bring to their firms. You can read the full write up of the poll results here.
